Trading punches with stars

All the way from Brazil, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira was the Blue Stables’ special guest in Dubai on Wednesday night.  The team at Blue Stables, including Mike, shared their international success stories and their passion for horses.

The visitors were welcomed. Starting with Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, also known as Minotauro or Big Nog is UFC’s hall of fame, former Pride Heavy Weight Champion and UFC Heavy Weight Champion. Minotauro was accompanied by former Volleyball player Eduardo Alves Ribeiro, a Senior Regional Fitness Manager for brands like Fitness First and Gold’s Gym, Rafael Haubert,  also BJJ World Cup Champion and Managing Director of Team Nogueira Dubai, and Moacyr Ramos, also known as Cowboy. He is Bull rider and a BJJ player with Team Nogueira, both Rafael and Cowboy are close friends to MDK’s team.

Having all celebrities in the yard was a pleasure. Mohammead Mardood, MDK’s Representative in Dubai, took the liberty and presented MDK’s squad for the 2021 Dubai World Cup Carnival which are: Najem Suhail, Marshall, Majestic Mambo and Celtic Voyager -they are in addition to the Godolphin sales graduates Magical Land and First Order.

Minotauro was very fond of the 17-hands, Majestic Mambo, as it was the first time ever for Majestic Mambo to look another athlete in the eye!
