He’s a racehorse!

Greaterix put five lengths behind himself and the runner-up, winning for the first time at only then second time of asking over 1200m around the bend on the inside track at Turffontein on 14 March.

This was accomplished in eye-catching style and Mike de Kock said: “He’s a racehorse. He has the pedigree and the looks. He’ll be on the van to KZN for the Champions Season!”

Jockey Muzi Yeni echoed Mike’s sentiments: “I think highly of him, he has improved a lot in two weeks, it was like chalk and cheese from his first run. When I was ready to go he gave it to me, a classy colt.”

A grey by Vercingetorix from Semra, by Jet Master, Greaterix races for Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, Chris Haynes and George Ragunan.
