Bettors who took the 5-10 about Gaynor Rupert’s filly probably said a few silent prayers as she tussled with Secret Star, but Biblical Susan stuck to her guns to prevail.

The second filly was backed on her debut and has run three nice races, while the third horse on Thursday was nearly six length behind the duelling pair, indicating what could be a good formline to follow.
