ASSISTANT trainer Nathan Kotzen will be saddling Ektifaa in Saturday’s Gr2 Choice Carroers over 1400m at Kenilworth, a race that has attracted a strong field of three-year-old fillies including the unbeaten Gr1 winner, The Secret Is Out.

Ektifaa herself is talented and improving and Mike de Kock reckons she will give a good account of herself.

He said on Saturday: “Ektifaa is getting better, she’s a filly who won a handicap right after her Maiden success and any filly who can do that is decent, so she must have a chance in this line-up. She travelled well.”
