Trainer Peter Muscutt”s former runner and star sprinter Isivunguvungo makes his US debut at Colonial Downs in the United States on Saturday.
The race will be shown on galloptv at approximately 22:55 (SA time), on Saturday night.
His owners, Hollywoodbets, are excited and Devin Heffer commented: “I had a quick at the field – it’s decent but not anything special. He could win this one. This is a good starting point for him. Unless he puts on some kind of tremendous effort I think they’ll take some time with him and point for turf and synthetic races at Gulfstream later this year and early next year. But if he shows enough then I could see him in maybe the Breeders Cup turf sprint.”
