Mike de Kock has acquired two prime lots at the 2023 Inglis Premier Yearling Sale, and he’s inviting partners to take up shares with himself and Larry Nestadt, who has already entered the partnership.
Mike bought Lot 98, a filly by Written Tycoon (AUS – already the sire of 12 G1 winners) out of Sarraqa (Snitzel), who is an unraced daughter of champion race- and broodmare, National Colour, herself a half-sister to Rafeef and Mustaaqueem. (See pedigree below and headline photo, above).

Lot 532 is a colt from the first crop of superstar sprinter Blue Point (IRE), from a unraced mare by Redoute’s Choice, and with a super international female line. (See pedigree and photo below).

Speaking from Melbourne, Mike said: “They are exciting specimens I was fortunate to buy at this top sale. Our first partner is Larry Nestadt, our-long time supporter and friend in South Africa and also a staunch patron of my son Mathew in Australia. We’re looking for other partners to take shares with us. Both will be going into training with Mat and Robbie Griffiths at Cranbourne.”
To secure your share in one or both of these beautiful yearlings and to compete for massive prize monies, mail Griffiths/De Kock Racing Manager Corey Smith on (+61) (0) 439 912 370 or mail admin@griffithsracing.com.au. All correspondence will be treated confidentially.
