Mike de Kock’s team in Dubai had the pleasure of having Dragon Oil executive management visit Blue Stables this week. Dragon Oil Limited is the exploration and production platform of the ENOC group.
The Dragon Oil delegation was lead by Ali Al Jarwan (Managing Director of Exploration & Production – CEO) and was accompanied by Fareed Al Hashemi (COO – Operating Assets), Tayeb Huwair (COO- Non Operating Assets), Badria Khalfan (CHRO), Hesham Zubari (CTO), Ahmed bin Obood (CFO), Abdelkarim Al Maazmi (Executive Director – Exploration & New Ventures), Mana bin Qutami (Executive Director – Corporate Services) and Muna Al Alawi (Director of Project Management Services).
The team of executives were welcomed by Mohammad Mardood , who had the pleasure of showing them MDK’s operation in Dubai and expounded on Mike’s international platform.
The delegation went on a tour around the huge facilities of Dubai Racing Club at Meydan where they witnessed the preparation for the first ever Dubai Breeze Up Sales in association with GOFFS at the Meydan Training Track. The delegation’s final destination of the tour was the Meydan racecourse which hosts the $12m Dubai World Cup and has a total prize money of $30.5m on the day.
“It was our honor to visit MDK’s Blue Stables in Dubai. We were amazed by the quality of services that are provided for the horses from the environment perspective, training programme, training facilities and health care for them to achieve their best potential. What we have witnessed in our visit was HH Sh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum vision turned into reality,” Said Ali Al Jarwan.
