ANDREW Watkins, our resident photographer and Biltong Beggar in Dubai, has just reminded us that his services are available for the 15th year running, at the 2017 Dubai Carnival.
Watkins will be throwing in social photos and, perhaps, a snap or two from Thursday’s non-Carnival meeting at Meydan.
Andy’s pics go back to the days of Ipi Tombe and Victory Moon, so we probably have no choice in settling his heavy USD invoice for a 15th time – but we’re happy really, because he does deliver and we get to mock him all season long!
