MIKE de Kock, on holiday in Mauritius, mailed us this photo at the weekend.
Mike had a lunch on the island with Mauritian Champion Trainer Soon Gujadur (left) and New Zealand’s champion trainer Michael Pitman.
It was a gathering of three champions and Mike reported it was thoroughly enjoyed. He will be spending a few more days in the shadows of palm trees, sipping Pina Colada.

Hopefully maestro trainer Mike de Kock will stay on the island to watch the country’s most prestigious race, The Maiden Cup Classic to be run over 2400m on 04-September-2016.
