NOAH From Goa and Kingston Mines (right, blue silks on headline photo), arrived in Cape Town last Monday and have been based at Kenilworth since, in the care of assistant trainer Clayton Matthee.
Mathew de Kock will be joining the raiding party on Saturday morning to saddle Noah From Goa (Anthony Delpech) for the Gr1 Grand Parade Cape Guineas and Kingston Mines (Weichong Marwing) for the Gr3 Cape Summer Stayers Handicap over 2500m.

Mathew commented on Friday: “Both horses have been to the track a few times. They’re fit and well and we’re expecting good runs. Noah From Goa is a class act, it’s a tough race but it will show how good the filly Silver Mountain is, and for that matter how good the colts are.
“Kingston Mines is coming along the right way again and he enjoys the Cape. His form shows a similar pattern compared to last year just before he won over 2800m here, he’s turning the corner so is in with a chance too.”
