THE stable has acquired promising four-year-old gelding Red Duke (USA).
Red Duke, by Hard Spun (USA) from Saudia, by Gone West, was purchased at the Tatts Horses-In-Training Sale. He was formerly trained by David Simcock and raced in Dubai last season, where he placed in the Linton Handicap at Meydan, beaten by Mike de Kock’s Rerouted.

Red Duke’s career record shows 15 runs for two wins and four places, including a win in the 2011 Superlative Stakes (Gr2) over 1400m at Newmarket. He also finished fifth in the Topkapi Trophy (Gr2) inn Turkey, beaten b y Master Of Hounds.
