STABLE stalwart Oracle West (Johnny Murtagh) makes his UK debut in the Class 3 John Smith Extra Cold Conditions Stakes over 1800mat Newbury tomorrow and a good run is expected. Kenny Geemooi’s runner comes up well on race ratings in the UK and Mike de Kock said: “Oracle West takes a dive in class, but he’s coming off an extended break and will just be in need of the outing. He should run a good race though, he races well fresh and gets into good condition quickly. We must have a shout here.” The gelding by Western Winter is being aimed at October’s Canadian International over 2400mat Woodbine.
