MDK COMMENTS:  “Ablaan is not a big horse, quite temperamental. He’s out of an extremely well-bred mare that Jehan Malherbe and I bought in Melbourne.  He is progressive. He surprised me, I thought he was always going to win over further, so I’m looking forward to putting him over a mile and further. He’s again a typical example of a horse who started in the right place on merit rating and can now win through the divisions.”
