MATHEW de Kock will be saddling Soqrat and Ghaalla in the two Gr1 Guineas at Kenilworth today. He reported on Friday that both were well and ready, having recovered from a long trip a fortnight ago.

“Soqrat is in great shape, should run very well and Ghaalla has a wide draw to beat, but she had the same disadvantage at Turffontein last time and won despite that,” he said.
