NOAH From Goa, making his comeback after a 375-day break, finished third in the Gr2 Al Fahidi Fort on Thursday evening, staying on 4.75-lengths behind the useful Championship and Flash Fire. Anaerobio was a further two lengths behind in fourth.
Mike was happy with Noah From Goa’s run and said: “He ran through needing it, he will improve by the distance he was beaten.”
The rest of the Mdk runners on the night all ran more or less as expected and Mike said: “Tannaaf was one that needed it badly, as I thought he would.”

“To be honest I really thought he was a 1400m horse and might find this a bit sharp,” said
Cosgrave. “However, he was soon into his stride and able to get to the front so, knowing he was going to stay the trip well, I was keen to be positive.
