MIKE de Kock won the 2014 running of the Storm Bird Stakes and the Ruffian Stakes with Banaadeer and Majmu respectively – both going on to bigger things after these Listed successes.
Mathew de Kock will saddle another debutante Entisaar in the 2015 renewal of the Ruffian Stakes over 1000m at Turffontein.

Like Banaadeer, Entisaar is by More Than Ready and indications are that Sheikh Hamdan’s $300,000 Inglis Easter Sale (2014) purchase has some ability.
Mathew told Racing Express’ Jack Milner: “Entisaar has shown us enough at home to be competitive. One is never sure how they will behave in their debut runs but we believe she is good enough to run in this feature first time out.”
Anthony Delpech, successful on Majmu last year, has been booked for the ride.
