EUROPA Point has been withdrawn from the 2012 Vodacom Durban July.

The recent Presidents Champion Challenge winner won’t be taking her place in this year’s line-up and Mike de Kock commented: “Europa Point travelled from Randjesfontein to Summerveld but she really hasn’t enjoyed the heavy tracks in her work at Summerveld.

“She hasn’t been herself and her coat is off, so we decided to scratch her from the July. She’s been racing hard for a while, at her peak, and she deserves a rest now.”
