CLYDE Basel, executive in charge of Hospitality, Events, Marketing, Sales and Public Relations has been appointed Racing Executive at Phumelela Gaming from 1 October.
Basel will retain his portfolio in respect of Hospitality and Events.
The move follows the resignation of Racing Executive, Patrick Davis, to pursue a career in the United Kingdom.

Phumelela also announced that Group Chief Operating Officer, Andreas Heide, will assume responsibility for Public Relations and this portfolio will be handed over to Heide during the course of August.
